This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i. Allow the present petition and set aside the order dated 13.09.2023 granting bail to the Respondent no 2 in FIR No 289/2020 registered at PS GTB Enclave and direct the respondent to be forthwith taken into custody." 3.

The matter was passed over on the first call in the morning. 4.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite passover. 5.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearings, i.e., 30.09.2024 and 11.12.2024, as well. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of.
