Learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the second appeal filed by the petitioner before the Central Information Commission (CIC) dated 25.02.2025 be taken up for consideration expeditiously.

This Court is not inclined to pass any peremptory directions to the CIC for fixing a schedule for hearing of the aforesaid second appeal, filed by the petitioner. It is for the CIC to draw up its own schedule of hearing. 5.
However, considering the peculiar nature of the grievance canvassed by the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention the matter before the CIC for expeditious listing and hearing thereof.
