By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 36/2025 dated 10.01.2025, lodged at Police Station Khajuri Khas, District North-East, New Delhi, under Sections 64(1)/74/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Mr. Vikash Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
