The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 28th July, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendants, has been placed on record.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, a sum of Rs. 99,00,000/-(Rupees Ninety Nine Lakhs Only) has been paid by the defendants to the plaintiffs. 4.

In view thereof, the present suit is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement.

The pending applications stand disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court CS(COMM) 934/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
