The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter 'CPC') for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of the Compromise/ Settlement Agreement dated 24th July, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'). 2.

The present application is supported by affidavits of both the parties. 3.

The Settlement Agreement has also been placed on record which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant. I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The plaintiff appears through video conferencing and the defendant is physically present in Court.

Both the parties affirm the contents of the Settlement Agreement and their signatures thereupon.

In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 9.

The present application as well as the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree sheet.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of the entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the CPC.

The suit along with all pending applications stand disposed of. 12.

The dates of 12th August, 2025 and 3rd September, 2025 fixed before the Joint Registrar stand cancelled.
