By way of present petition, the petitioner, who is the complainant and has preferred an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate, is aggrieved by the fact that the said application has remained pending before the Court for the last 13 months. 2.

Issue notice.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice and submits that the case involves a transaction with respect to property bearing No.63, admeasuring 60 sq. meters, in Pocket-17, Sector-24, Rohini, Delhi-110085. He submits that the State has already filed an Action Taken Report and the matter is coming up for consideration on 24.10.2024. A copy of the order dated 14.08.2024 is also placed on record, which reflects that the learned Court had sought some clarifications.
