By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"(i) Set aside and quash the impugned order of termination dated 27.06.2024 issued by the respondent no. 2;
(ii) Direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to the post held by him prior to his illegal termination on 27.06.2024 (iii) Award exemplary costs in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents;
(iv) Pass such other orders or directions as be deemed just and proper be passed by the Hon'ble Court to meet the ends of justice." 2.
The petitioner was employed by respondent No. 2 - Footwear Design & Development Institute ["the Institute"], which has its office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

passed at the Institute's Head Office. The petitioner's appointment was at Noida. He had applied for the post of Driver at the Noida campus and served there until he was transferred to Chennai on 24.01.2024. 4.
There is no nexus whatsoever between the cause of action pleaded in the present petition and the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 5.
The petition is therefore dismissed, with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court on the same cause of action.
