This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking refund of Court fee of Rs. 1,98,000/-.

It is stated that since the suit has been withdrawn in pursuance to the settlement agreement dated 03.04.2024 arrived between the parties during the Mediation proceedings, held before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the Court fees of Rs. 1,98,000/- be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of the Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 3.

The details of the account number in which the refund is sought is mentioned in paragraph '5' of the application. 4.

In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue a certificate in favour of the plaintiff within four (4) weeks, with the details of the bank account number CS(OS) 872/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
