The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) direct the Respondent No.2 to allow the Petitioner to continue on the post of appointed as Director- Products & Critical Care Business as a permanent employee;

b) direct the Respondent No.2 to pay/grant all the maternity benefits to the Petitioner of maternity leave;

c) direct the Respondent No.2 to pay salary/remuneration to the Petitioner for the month of April 2025 till illegal termination of service; d) pass such and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem ft and proper in the interest of justice."
