Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that plaintiff has entered into a settlement with defendant no. 1 and is seeking a disposal of the suit in terms of the 'Consent Terms' dated 11.10.2024 executed between the parties. 2.
He states that in view of the settlement arrived with defendant no. 1, defendant no. 2 may be deleted from the array of parties. 3.
He further states that as per the consent terms, the defendant no. 1 has undertaken to remove the impugned articles and videos enlisted at serial nos. (i) to (v) of the paragraph no. 4(b) therein. 4.

aforesaid settlement, defendant no. 1 has already removed the videos and articles enlisted at serial nos. (i) to (iv) of the paragraph no. 4(b). He states that article at serial no. (v) of the paragraph no. 4(b) will be removed within two (2) weeks from today, if not already removed. 4.1 He states that the defendant no. 1 has also filed his affidavit with this application and he has no objection if the suit is disposed of in terms of consent terms dated 11.10.2024.

This Court has considered the submissions of the parties. 6.
Firstly, the defendant no. 2 is hereby deleted form the array of parties. Plaintiff shall file an amended memo of parties within one (1) week. 7.
Secondly, Defendant no. 1 is bound down to his statement and he is directed to ensure that the impugned articles and videos enlisted at serial nos. (i) to (v) of the paragraph no. 4(b) are removed within the time sought. 8.
Lastly, in view of the settlement between plaintiff and defendant no. 1, the suit is hereby disposed of in terms of consent terms dated 11.10.2024. 9.
The registry is directed to draw up a decree sheet. The consent term shall form part of the said decree.

All Pending applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any stand merged with the order passed today.

All future dates stand cancelled.
