In this disposed of petition, petitioners have filed this application seeking extension of protection granted vide order dated 12.08.2025. Learned counsel for respondents MCD appearing on advance intimation accepts notice and submits that respondents have no objection to this application since till date the post of Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal, MCD is lying vacant. I have been taken through order dated 12.08.2025. 2.

In view of above circumstances, the interim protection granted to petitioners vide order dated 12.08.2025 is extended for another period of eight weeks from today and till that time, the respondents MCD shall not take any precipitative steps as directed on 12.08.2025. 3.

Accordingly, the present application and the pending application stand disposed of.
