The matter comes up pursuant to an office note pointing out certain typographical errors in the order dated 10.11.2025. 2.

On perusal of the order dated 10.11.2025, we find that due to typographical errors, the expression 'writ petition' has been typed which ought to have been 'Letters Patent Appeal'.

We have seen the order and find that in Line No. 5 and 6 of Para No.1 Para No. 3 and Para No. 4, the expression 'writ petition'/ 'petition' has wrongly been inserted, it ought to have been 'Letters Patent Appeal' been used. The same deservers to be substituted by the expression 'Letters Patent Appeal'.

Ordered accordingly.
