At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a copy of order dated 13.10.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CM(M) 1982/2025, relevant extract therefrom are reproduce as under:- "6.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of her client conveys their undertaking that the petitioner shall handover vacant peaceful possession of the subject property to the respondent within three months from today, which is the period required by him to vacate. Therefore, it is requested by her that the execution proceedings may be stayed for three months from today. action shall be taken against the petitioner as regards vacation of the subject property. It is made clear that no further indulgence shall be extended to the petitioner." 2.

The aforesaid order is taken on record.

In view of the categoric submissions made therein, the applicant/ proposed respondent is directed to vacate the subject premises on or before 13.01.2026.

As such, learned counsel for the applicant/ proposed respondent seeks to withdraw the present review petition along with the applications therein, with liberty to seek appropriate remedies as available in accordance with law.

The present petition, alongwith the application(s), are dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
