O R D E R

The present writ petition seeks certain prayers with regard to the ongoing liquidation proceedings in respect of M/s. Real Video Impact Private Limited.

Concededly, the liquidation proceedings are taking place under the aegis of NCLT in IB-861(ND)/2020.

It also transpires that the petitioner has filed an application before the NCLT seeking reliefs identical to that sought by way of the present petition. 4.

In the circumstances, this Court does not find it apposite to entertain the present petition, while leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue its remedies before the NCLT.

The present petition, along with pending applications, is disposed of in the above terms.
