% 07.12.2018 I.A. 16758/2018 in CS (OS) 1083/2014 This is an application moved by the Court Auctioneer seeking copy of the title documents of the property bearing Municipal No.157, D. B. Gupta Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the Defendant No.1 submits that the original sale deed in respect of this property is deposited in the Court. However, he has handed over the copy of the said sale deed and the relinquishment deed issued by the Plaintiff No.2 in favour of the Plaintiff No.1, to the Plaintiffs. He further submits that the Defendant No.1 does not have any other documents with him. He also submits that his client does not have the keys of this property.

The Court Auctioneer is permitted to break open the locks with the consent of the parties and he can put his own locks. The Court Auctioneer shall proceed with the auction on the basis of the documents available and in

terms of the order passed by this Court.

I.A. is disposed of in the above terms.
