Ld. counsel for defendant has appeared. The value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 Crore. The office of the defendant is situated at Udyog Bhagwan, New Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District. The application is accordingly allowed. IA stands disposed off accordingly.

CS(OS) 1052/2005 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.
