The present petition is filed seeking direction to the Sentence Review Board to consider the case of the petitioner for pre-mature release in FIR No. 92/2011 registered at Police Station Ranjeet Nagar for offences under Sections 394/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The petitioner claims that he has already undergone more than 14 years of the sentence and is eligible to be considered by the Sentence Review Board for pre-mature release. 3.
The petitioner is aggrieved that his case has not been considered.
