By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing No. 49/2022, registered at Cyber Police Station, Rohini, Delhi for the commission of offence under Sections 354A/354D/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and Section 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereafter 'IT Act').
