% 24.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre on 13th July, 2017 and no dispute is left between them. This fact is not refuted by counsel for the complainant.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation as and when directed and in the invent of his arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned.

The present bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti as prayed.
