% 15.02.2016 This is a suit for partition having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and the immovable property qua which partition is being sought falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Central District, Tis Hazari.

Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 12th July, 2016.
