By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of HMA 2069/2019 (Deepak Gautam v Swati Kumar) presently pending before the learned Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket to be heard along with HMA 110/2021(Swati Kumar v. Deepak Gautam).

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 3.

Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed. 4.

HMA 2069/2019 (Deepak Gautam v Swati Kumar) stands TR.P.(C) 204/2023 KUMAR 20:12:39

transferred to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket to be heard along with HMA 110/2021(Swati Kumar v. Deepak Gautam).

The Registry of the Karkardooma Court is directed to take expeditious steps to transmit the records of HMA 2069/2019 to the Saket Court.

Both sides submit that it might be helpful if this matter is referred to mediation. They are at liberty to make the request before the learned Family Court in the Saket Court, which would take appropriate view thereon.
