The present contempt petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Take cognizance and initiate action of contempt against the Respondent for willfully disobeying the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court in SMA No. 02/2024 and further the Respondent be sent to imprisonment for a period of six months under the provisions of the Contempt of Court Act, 1973; b. Direct the Respondent to strictly comply with the visitation schedule set forth in the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court; c. Direct the Respondent to compensate for the lost visitation day by allowing the grandparents to meet the children on an additional day, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 28.04.2025, the learned Family Court with the consent of the parties had passed the order that the Paternal Grandfather of the children can pick them up from the Ambiance Mall, Gurugram at around 11:00 am and shall drop them back by 8:30 pm on the same day. It was further recorded that the said arrangement would start from 06.05.2025 on every alternate Saturday, and in case the meeting cannot take place on any scheduled Saturday for any reason, it shall be compensated by holding the meeting on the following Saturday.

The grievance of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on a couple of occasions, the meeting on Saturday could not take place on account of noncooperation on behalf of respondent. 6.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions from the latter, who is present in Court today, submits that on those days, the meeting could not take place due to difficulties concerning the children's medical condition as well as their examination. 7.
It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that instead of Saturdays, if any two Sundays can be fixed in a month for meeting with the grandfather, she would not have any objection. It is also submitted that the meeting place may also be changed to a place which will be mutually convenient to the parties.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by observing that the parties shall approach the concerned learned Family Court with respect to the modification of the order dated 28.04.2025, in view of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
