The Respondent has filed this application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking implementation of the judgment dated 28th August, 2025 by which the Court had directed the restoration of the Customs Housing Agent (hereinafter, 'CHA') license of the Respondent in terms of the directions in paragraph 17 of the order.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that the deposits have been made in terms of the judgment dated 28th August, 2025 passed by this Court. 4.

Mr. Srivastava, ld. SSC submits that as of yesterday, the CHA license of the Appellant has also been restored.
