The present application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions for release of petitioner's missing minor daughter (aged 15 years), from 'Prayas Juvenile Aid Centre' where she is presently lodged after her recovery from Manesar on 31.08.2025, and also seeks early hearing for the matter.. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State appears on advance notice and submits that the missing girl, Ms. 'K' has been recovered and has been produced before this court.

We have interacted with Ms. 'K' and she submits that she is about 15 years old and is currently in 10th standard. Upon being queried, she submits The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. that she wants to live with her parents.

The parents of the girl are present in Court. They state that they have no objection if the custody of the girl is handed over to them. 5.

In view of the statements made above, the custody has been handed over to them.

Learned standing counsel submits she was produced before CWC Kalkaji, where the Committee had placed her in Prayas for counselling. 7.

Accordingly, the parents are directed to produce Ms. 'K' before the CWC whenever they are called upon to do so.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed. 9.

The present application stands disposed of.

In view of the above, since the minor girl Ms 'K' is willing to go with her parents and the custody has been handed over to them, no further orders are required to be passed.
