CA No.3145/2015 10.This application is filed stating that Sh. D. K. Jain who was the applicant in CA No.1466/2013 has expired and is survived by his LRs who have been stated in para 3 of the application. 11.For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed ant the LR of Late Shri. D.K. Jain are brought on record. 12.Application is disposed of.
CA No.1750/2017 13.Issue notice to the official liquidator and to the applicant of CA No.1152/2017. They may file reply within four weeks. 14.List on 13th February, 2018.
CA No.1152/2017 15.Learned counsel for the applicant states that the subject matter of the present application was expensive music equipment which unless preserved properly would be severely damaged. He requests that he
may be given access to the music system for purpose of keeping it packed in an appropriate manner so has to preserve the system. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. He may be allowed to access the premises where a music system is stored on 27th November, 2017 at 2.00 PM.
He will carry out necessary steps for preservation at his own expense on that date itself.
16.The official liquidator will re-seal the premises after the necessary steps have been carried out by the applicant. This order is passed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 17.List on 13th February, 2018.
