Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners to direction Respondent No.1 to protect the Petitioners from life threats given by Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that directions as ordered would be provided to the Petitioners. 3.

Respondent No.1 is directed to provide mobile numbers of Beat Constable and SHO of PS concerned to the Petitioner to ensure that nothing untoward happens to them.
