First Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 243/2017 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Burari, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 3.

The Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
