The present contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(a) Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Respondents/ Contemnors for intentional and deliberate breach and non-compliance of order dated 22.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P (C) No. 10400 of 2025 and punish them in accordance with Articles 215 of Constitution of India r/w Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; and (b) Pass an appropriate order and direct the Respondents/ Contemnors to implement the above said order dated 22.07.2025 as per its express mandate and issue restoration order forthwith ; and (c) Pass any other and further order( s) as may be deemed fit." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that directions in terms of order dated 22.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 10400/2025 has since been complied with and has placed on record restoration dated 12.08.2025. It is also submitted that status of the institution as recognized is reflected on the NCTE website.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confirms the aforesaid position and submits that the said order is complied with. 6.

In view of the same, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 7.
