Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the respondent no.3 have settled their disputes in a civil suit being CS (COMM) 229/2019, which was pending between the said parties. In terms of the said settlement, the aforesaid suit has been decreed. 2.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
