The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking modification of order dated 22.12.2023.

It is stated that on 22.12.2023 while quashing the FIR in the present matter, the name of Police Station in para no. 1 and 7 is inadvertently mentioned as Sultan Puri instead of Bawana.

Ordered accordingly.

7. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the case pending. It will be nothing but abuse of the process of law. Consequentially, this petition is allowed and FIR No.339/2022, under Section 323/341/34, registered at Police Station- Bawana, Delhi, and the proceedings emanating therefrom shall stand quashed.
