The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for directing the respondent Nos. 1, to safeguard the minor child, Master Hardik i.e. the petitioner No. 4, who is presently in the custody of the petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and to ensure that the petitioners are not implicated in the false cases or also the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 be restrained from causing any harm to the lives and liberty of the minor child. 2.

had directed that the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, shall not take any steps to obtain the custody of the petitioner No. 4, except in accordance with law. It is submitted that the Guardianship Petition has already filed by the respondent No. 2, mother of the child, to seek the custody, in accordance with law.
