The present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent no.1/RBI as well as respondent no.2/Banking Ombudsman to expeditiously dispose of the complaint dated 18.02.2025 filed by petitioner. 4.

Mr. Rohan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that on being deceived by fraudsters, petitioner had filed a complaint before respondent no.2/Banking Ombudsman on 18.02.2025, however, the same has not been disposed of till date. 5.

In view of the above, issue notice.

respondent nos.1 and 2 accepts notice. He submits that the complaint filed by petitioner is at the final stage of being processed and will be disposed of expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is taken on record and the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Kumar submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition. 8.
