The present contempt petition under Sections 2(b)/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution o India seeks following prayers:- "I. Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors and Punish them for wilful disobedience of the Order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P. (C) No. 8851/2025. II. Pass an order directing the contemnors to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 02.07.2025 in W.P (C) 8851 of 2025 in letter and spirit.

III. Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above-mentioned case." 3.

Learned counsel on behalf of the respondents, on advance notice submits that in pursuance of the order dated 02.07.2025 passed in W.P. (C) 8851/2025, the representation dated 26.12.2024 of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 23.07.2025 and the same has been supplied to the petitioner.
