The Petitioner, M/s. Asirvad Micro Finance Ltd., has filed the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732), aggrieved by certain notices issued under Sections 91 and 41 of CrPC by the S.H.O., P.S. Krishna Nagar. These notices were issued during the course of investigation in FIR No. 0736/2023, dated 13th November, 2023, registered at P.S. Krishna Nagar, Shahdara, for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603.

The Petitioner accordingly sought a stay on the aforementioned 1 "BNSS"

notices and prayed for directions restraining the Respondents from harassing the Petitioner company or its directors/employees, as well as to refrain from taking any coercive action against them.

Pursuant to directions issued vide order dated 22nd December, 2023, a status report has been filed. The report reveals that the investigation has now been completed, and a chargesheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate. The case is currently pending trial. 4.
As per the chargesheet, neither the Petitioner company nor any of its directors or employees has been named as an accused in the present case. The Trial Court has taken cognizance of the offences and summoned the accused persons and framed charges. The Petitioner company and its directors/employees are not among those against whom charges have been framed.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed in the present matter.

Accordingly, the present petition along with any pending application(s) stands disposed of.
