The present case has been put up on Office Noting dated 01.07.2024, wherein it is stated that the petitioners were directed to surrender before the Jail Superintendent within two weeks vide Order dated 07.06.2024 and they were to surrender themselves on 07.06.2024. However, the convicts have neither surrendered themselves before the concerned Jail Superintendent nor any order of stay has been received till date. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has handed over the copy of the Order of the Supreme Court dated 25.06.2024 passed in SLP (Criminal) No. 8239/2024, whereby the Order of this Court granting two weeks' time has been extended till 05.08.2024. 3.

The copy of the Order dated 25.06.2024 passed in SLP (Criminal) No. 8239/2024 be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
