Learned counsel for petitioner states that the mother of the petitioner is still hospitalized and is under treatment at Safdarjung hospital. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the medical condition of the petitioner‟s mother has been verified, however, he states that the petitioner‟s mother is in emergency ward and not in I.C.U. 3.

Considering the medical condition of the mother of petitioner, the period of parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.12.2023 is extended by two weeks, on the same terms and condition as mentioned in order dated 22.12.2023.
