% 05.05.2017 The petitioner by the present petition has sought a direction to respondents to act on the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.07.2016. Perusal of representation dated 19.07.2016 shows that he refers to complaint letter dated 07.03.2016.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner made vide letter 07.03.2016, if not already disposed of within a period of 12 weeks. The order of disposal of the complaint be communicated to the petitioner. If the complaint is already disposed of, copy of the same be forwarded to the petitioner. It is clarified that this court has neither examined nor opined on the merits of the complaint and the respondent No. 2 and 3 are at liberty to deal with the same in accordance with law, without being influenced by anything stated herein.
