% 03.02.2020 The present is a suit wherein claim of Rs. 21 lakhs is sought against the defendant. It is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

The cause of action has arisen at Dwarka where said accident/incident had taken place. Hence the jurisdiction is of Dwarka Courts.

In view of pecuniary jurisdiction, the suit stands transferred to the Ld. District & Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi for further directions.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District &
