% 17.07.2017 Sh.Shivam, the grandson of Sh.Bhushan Lal, deceased is present in person in court and states that matter has been settled and the petitioner has handed over the physical possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and a written settlement has been entered into between the parties.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Parties will remain bound by the settlement.
