The petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 1st June, 2024 whereby an application moved by the defendant has been permitted and the defendant has been granted permission to place on record certified copy of the evidence of the plaintiff, given in some other suit.

It is apprised that the case is already at the stage of final arguments and is now fixed for 4th instant for hearing final arguments. 3.

Obviously, the permission which been granted to the defendant is simply to place on record the document and mere placement of the document would not amount to proving of the documents in accordance with law.
