After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press his present petition, while reserving his rights and contentions, but supplements that a humble direction be given to the learned Trial Court to record the additional evidence and then to dispose of the objection in a time-bound manner.

The petitioner herein is landlord who got the eviction order in the year 2018. 3.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, at the same time, the learned Trial is requested to record the additional evidence and then to dispose of the petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
