The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for violating the due process of the Court by occupying the residence of the petitioner, without giving notice to her in accordance with Sections 13(2) & 13(4) of the SARFAEISI Act, 2002.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file appropriate writ or legal proceedings against the respondents for redressal of her grievances.
