The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the directions contained in order dated 01.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 5290/2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank is present on advance notice.

In short, the representation of the petitioner was directed to be considered by the Competent Authority by passing a speaking order in accordance with the law within eight weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent present on advance notice submits that, in terms of the directions of this Court, a speaking order has been passed on 20.08.2024 and the petitioner has since been intimated about the same.
