1. Pursuant to the last order, the respondents have produced a copy of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Madhya Bharat Area, who is stated to be the convening authority for the General Court Martial which was proposed to be held against the petitioner. The same is taken on record. Further, upon a perusal of this order, we find that a decision has been taken to adjourn the General Court Martial sine die till further orders.

2. In the light of this decision taken by the GOC, we are of the view that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition which is, accordingly, disposed of.
