% 29.03.2017 We have heard the counsel for the parties.

The present appeal is disposed of by the consent of the parties.

Ms Diksha Lal, Advocate, is present in court and she is appointed as the Local Commissioner to carry out the commission for ascertaining as to who is in possession of which portion of the subject property namely 3/4 Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi110055. Her Mobile No. is 9953119453. Both the parties shall assist the Local Commissioner in carrying out the Commission. She shall be paid fees of Rs. 50,000/- which shall be borne by the appellant. She may also take the assistance of a photographer, the cost of which shall also be borne by the appellant.

A site plan be also prepared with measurement with the assistance of a draftsman, the fees for which will be borne by the appellant.

The report be submitted within two weeks.

The Commission would be carried out on 04.04.2017 at 11 a.m.

The appeal stands disposed of.
