Mr. Sumit Nagpal, learned counsel for the Respondent states that he has taken instructions from the Controller and in view of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the Court permitting filing of an auxiliary set of claims, the Controller is willing to re-consider afresh the said auxiliary set of claims.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsels, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Ld. Controller to examine and adjudicate the auxiliary set of claims in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner herein.
