% 31.01.2018 Parties have settled the matter. It has been agreed between the parties that the dispute between the parties be adjudicated by the sole Arbitrator Mr.Rajiv Bansal, Senior Advocate. It has also been agreed between the parties that in case the respondent seeks to terminate the agreement between the parties, he will serve a notice granting at least three days time to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate orders. Hence, Mr. Rajiv Bansal, Senior Advocate is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. He will fix his fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties.
