CRL.M.A. 7135/2025 (seeking modification of the impugned order dated 15.10.2024) 3.
The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 15.10.2024 to the extent that the FIR No. 342/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Sultanpuri be also quashed. 4.
Clarifying the prayer made, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the two complainants namely, Pinky and Jyoti are married to two brothers namely, Nitin and Naveen respectively. 5.
He submits that both the complainants had got the separate FIRs The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/03/2025 at 11:47:05
registered against their respective husbands. 6.
He submits that the FIR registered at the instance of complainant Jyoti i.e. FIR No. 341/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Sultanpuri has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2024. 7.
He submits that it was a common settlement between the parties. However, inadvertently while quashing the aforesaid FIR, the other FIR which has been registered at the instance of complainant Pinky i.e. FIR No. 342/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Sultanpuri, inadvertently has not been quashed.

The above position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State. 9.
Accordingly, the FIR No. 342/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Sultanpuri and all proceedings emanating therefrom, is also quashed.

The application stands disposed of.
