% 18.12.2017 IA No.15139/2017 (of the plaintiff and the defendants no.1&2 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC) and IA No.15140/2017 (of the plaintiff and the defendant no.3 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC). 1.
The counsel for the plaintiff, the counsel for the defendants no.1&2 and the counsel for the defendant no.3 state that all the disputes subject matter of this suit have been settled in terms of the compromise contained in the respective applications and seek disposal of the suit against the defendants no.1&2 on the one hand and the defendant no.3 on the other hand in terms thereof.

I have perused the applications and find the compromise arrived at between the parties to be lawful.

The suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants no.1&2 in terms of the compromise as contained in IA No.15139/2017 which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

The suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant no.3 in terms of the compromise contained in IA No.15140/2017 which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 6.
The undertakings of the defendants contained in their respective applications are also accepted by this Court and the defendants are ordered to be bound therewith and cautioned through respective counsels of consequences of breach of undertakings given to this Court. Decree sheet be drawn up.
