This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner for a direction to Respondent No. 1 to appoint the Petitioner on the post of TGT (Arts) in Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) against the EMRS Staff Selection Examination, 2023.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 wherein it is stated that appointment-cum-posting order has already been issued on 09.09.2024 in favour of the Petitioner for the post of TGT (Arts) and therefore the grievance stands satisfied. Copy of the appointment-cumposting order dated 09.09.2024 has also been appended with the counter affidavit.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending application also stands disposed of.
